Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• 2-5 years of experience in powder coating or industrial painting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Associate degree or technical training preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform powder coat painting on steel and aluminum components
• Conduct quality checks including mil thickness, adhesion/scratch tests, color match, and oven temperatures
• Set up and adjust spray equipment, ovens, and cleaning solutions
• Verify first-piece inspections and ensure production meets specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical documents
• Train team members on proper hanging, masking, and painting techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and order paint/supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, Kanban boards, and production schedules
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines
