As a Customer Success Analyst at Global Payments, you'll play a key role in helping businesses get the most from our solutions while driving meaningful outcomes for both our clients and our business. In this role, you'll own the success of a portfolio of Global Payments Point of Sale (POS) relationships, driving retention, strengthening client partnerships and creating opportunities for growth.
