What to Expect TheField,Quality EngineeringTechnician, willensure that allmaterial,both in-process and incoming, meets Tesla's quality requirements and specifications.This person willbe responsiblefor identifyingquality issues within the Semi-Truck program manufacturing environment, leading investigations, and root cause analysis, collecting relevant process and product data, and managing non-conforming material.This person will work closely with Production and Engineering teams tomaintainrapid response and to drive continuous improvements to the production process. They will conduct product tear downs for root cause analysis, drive the creation and maintenance of Quality Instruction documents and support Quality Engineers in root cause analysis of materialized quality issues, working closely with Manufacturing, Process, and Suppliers toestablishprocesses and procedures that will ensure consistently high quality. This person willassistin the organization and completion of Quality trials working with Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians and support new line validations with Quality Engineers.
