Tesla is looking for a Staff Program Manager to revolutionize the commercial trucking service experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record implementing cross-functional initiatives and scaling processes, be highly customer-centric, and display an analytical approach to creative problem-solving. What You'll Do
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the Tesla Semi Service Experience, incorporating opportunities for ongoing expansion and scalability. Engage directly with commercial customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, fostering continuous improvement as the program matures
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and procedures that deliver an unparalleled service experience for our trucking fleet operators, with built-in flexibility for future growth
  • Design and develop the 24/7 roadside and mobile care workflow in collaboration with the Roadside Assistance Center and Tesla Service locations to ensure seamless, efficient support for Semi customers nationwide
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Engineering, and Leadership teams to buildout regional field support structures and national fleet account support programs, enabling rapid scaling as Tesla's commercial fleet expands
  • Guide projects from inception to completion, clearly articulating plans, milestones, and timelines while maintaining detailed documentation and status reports
  • Bridge strategic goals, customer feedback, and business priorities; serve as the key liaison across internal teams to drive the success of the Tesla Semi Service Experience
  • Juggle multiple high-priority tasks to meet deadlines, delegating effectively to cross-functional partners as needed. Proactively identify risks and collaborate with teams to resolve issues that could derail program or project outcomes, while anticipating growth-related challenges

  • Heavy Duty trucking and/or service operations experience a plus

    Expected Compensation
    $72,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
