Assists in providing rapid response to critical material shortages affecting aircraft maintenance activities either in Memphis or the field.

Essential Functions

  • Resolving material requirements, assisting with parts and logistics problems, coordinating corporate aircraft inventory sales, providing administrative support for pooling contracts, preparing reports, conducting research and analysis of critical material requirements, and accomplishing AOG material acquisition within company policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of data processing systems and accounting principles as they relate to inventory management.

Knowledge of aircraft parts and associated documents.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Job Conditions

Ability to work variable shifts and work weeks.
