Job Description

We are looking for a curious, motivated, and tech-savvy intern to join our team for a 10-week hybrid internship program. This is a unique opportunity designed for someone who wants real-world exposure to two of the most in-demand disciplines in technology, IT Support and Cybersecurity.

The program is intentionally structured so you spend the first five weeks embedded with our IT Support team learning the fundamentals of how technology environments operate, and the final five weeks transitioning into our Cybersecurity team where you will build on that foundation with hands-on exposure to how we protect those environments. The goal is simple: give you a well-rounded, practical experience that prepares you for a future in tech.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments
  • Exposure to networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Any prior coursework or self-study in cybersecurity topics
  • Experience with ticketing or help desk platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications (in progress or completed)
Additional Information

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas in a classroom style format, may stand at a podium for long periods of time
