We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Revit Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of detailed building models using Revit, a powerful Building Information Modeling (BIM) software that enhances collaboration and accuracy across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Your expertise will drive innovative design solutions, streamline project workflows, and ensure precision in construction documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale projects through your technical mastery and creative problem-solving skills.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the creation and refinement of complex 3D Revit models for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop coordinated design documents and construction drawings.
  • Prepare detailed production drawings, schematics, and models.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and collaboration on PDF documents to facilitate seamless communication among project stakeholders.
  • Apply drafting best practices in CAD environments to produce clear, comprehensive 2D drawings and annotations.
  • Support project teams during construction phases by providing detailed models and resolving design conflicts efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Revit Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing complex BIM projects.
  • Extensive proficiency in Revit software for building modeling and documentation; familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of schematic development, drafting standards, system design principles, and construction processes.
  • Experience with Bluebeam for PDF markup review; familiarity with 2D animation or graphic design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

The starting salary for the successful candidate in this position is competitive and will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy and practices.
