Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ISR SOF (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (PEO ISR SOF) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the ISR SOF portfolio, which includes over 200 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF is headquartered at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This position supports the AWACS (E3) and Wedgetail (E7), and the International Airborne Battle Management Command and Control (FMS) Division; AFLMC(WIW). The WIW Division located at Tinker AFB (OK), and Hanscom AFB (MA), with dispersed support at Eglin AFB, Seattle WA, San Antonio TX and several OCONUS positions. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. This position will specifically support the E7 program office, focusing on the acquisition documentation required for a new major acquisition program entering the major milestone decision process. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Acquisition and Program Support: Provide program-level acquisition support to Program Managers and Integrated Product Team Leads, guiding program execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Ensure adherence to DoD directives and policies, including DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.80, and DoDI 5000.81.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Must have an Active Secret Clearance Minimum Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree, and minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs, OR
Candidate will be responsible for Senior Leadership Reporting (MAR/PAR), Milestone C Documentation, Cost Analysis Requirement Description Document (CARD), and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR). Milestone experience with Major Acquisition programs will be a significant factor. Acquisition reporting skills and documentation, both writing and reviewing, will be a significant part of this job.
