Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Or client, a well know national corporation, is looking for a Director of FP&A to partner closely with the President, CFO and leadership team. In this role, you'll lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling efforts that help guide business decisions and support growth. This is a highly visible role where your insights will directly influence strategy and performance across the organization. You must be able to tell a story, not simply report numbers. What You'll Do Lead Financial Planning Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including long-range planning. You'll help leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities so they can make informed decisions. Drive Insights & Analysis Take a deep dive into financial performance to identify what's working and what's not. You'll analyze many avenues, then turn those insights into actionable recommendations. Support Decision-Making Build and run scenario models to evaluate different business strategies. You'll present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership. Partner Across the Business Work closely with teams across the organization to support planning and decision-making. You'll act as a trusted advisor and help bring financial clarity to operational strategies. Communicate Clearly Create presentations and dashboards that tell a clear financial story. Your ability to simplify complex information will be key. Improve Processes Look for ways to make financial systems and processes more efficient and effective. You'll lead initiatives that strengthen how the organization plans and manages performance. What We're Looking For
