The RegionalSalesDirector (RSD) is responsible for drivingsales, profit margins and strategy bypartneringwith and influencing fieldsales managementandsalesrepresentatives in an assigned region. This includesdevelopingand executing corporate goals, strategy and marketing plans in support of the CONMED product portfolio. The critical objective of this position is todevelop, implement and track quarterly results through effective business plans, strategies and district andsalesagency performance. This position is responsible for the contract management of our independent manufacturer's representative agreements and will interact with and support the Healthcare Solutions team to helpdevelop, communicate and implement Integrated Health Network (IDN), Regional and GPO contracts.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 with bonus opportunity.The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting. This job posting is anticipated to close on September 1, 2026.
