Description We are looking to fill a contractor role for several months to help move to a new Time Tracking and Absence system for our hourly colleagues. This role will be heavily involved in developing and tracking the cutover process as we move current companies to the new system over four stages. Cutover Coordinator This position is responsible for supporting the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project cutover and deployment stages. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among the project team and stakeholders. The Cutover Coordinator will work closely with the project manager and team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Core Responsibilities * Supports the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project cutover and deployment from the legacy system to the new Time Tracking and Absence system. * Coordinates project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. * Develops detailed, step-by-step/hour-by-hour checklists and schedules for the transition. * Coordinates with functional, technical, change management, training teams and all other business stakeholders as needed and manages risks during the cutover process through each go-live/implementation. * Identifies dependencies, mitigate risks, and act as the central point of contact for issues during the transition. * Verifies data migration integrity and performs business readiness checks (Go/No-Go meetings). * Provides regular status updates, including progress and risks, to project leadership and stakeholders. Escalates potential issues and risks. * Monitors system stabilization and ensures a smooth handover to production support. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
