*Description*
Role summary: They currently onboard new branches by assisting advisors with procuring their hardware through RJ, setting up their new equipment or existing equipment with the their software and tools. They also request their entitlements through SailPoint and SNOW. To learn all of this information, they have introduction calls to meet the team, tech fact-finding calls to learn about their existing technology and other tech needs. This role requires travel if the branches of certain sizes. A lot of the role centers around building relationships with the users (financial advisors) and ensuring their needs are met. They are working very autonomously and not in a ticketing based environment. THey will be assigned 'transitions' and run the technology side of that transition so need experience with project coordination. They don't do networking, don't do any type of office configuration outside - if it plugs into the wall they typically assist w/ it + computer room. PC and Mac based. actual PCs that sell and prcur ein house are HPs. a lot of these diff cases they are already using their own equipment and they are allowing that. minimum sys requirements is win 10 or win 11. windows, office, servicenow is huge - knowing and understanding of that system. use it for ticketing and knowledge articles, teams -full teams environment. they do utilize office / excel heavily. all spreadhseets are in excel new transition spreadsheet they enter into. they are using intune for MDM, but not a make or break. enroll computer and they - don't need experience imaging. Must be willing and flexible to travel once a month, could be on weekends depending on FA joining day Start date 6/15 Training will be initial 4-6 weeks and EST hours. Other than that, location does not matter - for travel purposes, easiest to be in a major hub. If they want to be converted they need to be in St. Pete or Memphis Client j/d: Maintain an established set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements, to support the wider change agenda. Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required. Maintain an established set of enterprise architecture artifacts. Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions. Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors. Plan and deliver small projects or workstreams, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
