We are also "revolutionizing the way to space" by supporting the return of humans to the Moon and NASA's deep space exploration programs.

Our Fluid Controls Business Unit of our Space Division in East Aurora, New York is looking for aPM Process Manager. This is an internally facing role with cross-functional coordination between many different groups with Moog. This position is based on-site at our East Aurora, NY, Plant 20 facility, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and expanding business environment.

As a PM Process Manager, you will...

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

  • Develop, revise, and maintain standard work guiding program management responsibilities

  • Support common program management processes across the division and group where possible

  • Simplify, standardize, and integrate business processes

  • Communicate process updates to program managers, solicit feedback, and update standard work as necessary

  • Solicit feedback from Program Managers, develop business cases for improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with leadership, engineers, and analysts across the organization

  • Audit business systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards

  • Map current workflows and design future-state processes (process design/process development)

  • Facilitate/lead cross-functional teams in improvement initiatives

Here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Minimum of an BS Degree in Engineering or Business.

  • Minimum of five years of program/project management related experience in a production or manufacturing environment in aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.

  • Minimum of two years of program management experience within Moog.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

  • Self-starter mindset that can take generic direction and see a project through to completion with minimal oversight

  • Proven Leadership Experience,excellent listening and persuasion skills

  • Demonstrated team collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and customer focus.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems

  • Proven ability to build relationships and work in teams

  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical reasoning, observational analysis, attention-to-detail, emotional intelligence, and motivation to develop skills and knowledge related to multiple facets of the organization.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $110,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
