The Managing Director, Revenue Enablement is responsible for leading critical revenue execution capabilities that support customer acquisition, activation, and scalable sales growth across FedEx customer segments. This role oversees the Digital Sales team, National Bid Center, Customer Account Setup & Activation, and vendor partnerships that support revenue generation and operational readiness.

The MD Revenue Enablement ensures sales programs are operationally sound, customer onboarding is efficient, pricing and proposals are consistent and competitive, and digital outbound sales efforts drive incremental growth within key customer segments.

This leader partners closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology organizations to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution that improves speed-to-revenue, revenue predictability, and customer experience.

Essential Duties

  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary revenue enablement organization responsible for digital sales, account setup, proposal development, and vendor management.
  • Translate enterprise sales strategy into scalable operational programs that support customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Establish clear operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across Develop scalable outreach strategies and performance frameworks that drive incremental revenue and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align digital outreach with broader growth initiatives.
  • Ensure disciplined bid governance, competitive pricing alignment, and operational feasibility in proposal development.
  • Improve bid cycle efficiency, win rates, and consistency of customer-facing proposals.
  • Own enterprise processes for customer account setup and onboarding for FedEx Office customers.
  • Ensure new customer accounts are provisioned accurately.

  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Sales teams to streamline onboarding processes and reduce activation friction.
  • Oversee vendor relationships supporting revenue enablement functions, ensuring service levels, cost management, and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish clear vendor performance expectations and governance frameworks.
  • Define and track key performance indicators across digital sales performance, bid center effectiveness, account activation timelines, and vendor delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technologies that support revenue generation and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure positive working relationships across parcel, print sales and marketing to ensure customer service, service level agreements, and quality expectations are met.
  • All other duties as needed or required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in complex business environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational programs supporting revenue growth
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and customer onboarding
  • Ability to balance customer requirements with operational feasibility and financial performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across executive and field leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong program management and operational execution skills

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.
