  • Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Coordinate and support training and development initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and staffing agencies to support recruiting efforts
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs including open enrollment activities and benefits communications
  • Maintain I-9 documentation and ensure proper record retention
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events
  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives, projects, and documentation
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
