Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination & General Support
Communication, Relationship Management & Problem Resolution
- Serve as a liaison between HQ Sales units and internal/external customers.
- Build strong, cooperative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze issues, problem-solve, redirect inquiries, and respond to questions as appropriate.
Technology, Data & Reporting Support
- Provide support to HQ sales employees on computer systems, technology platforms, and software applications.
- Utilize internal and external systems/software programs to manage data and reporting needs.
- Process mail merges, compile survey data, and create customer lists for communication and outreach efforts.
Meetings, Events & Budget Coordination
- Plan and execute all logistics for HQ meetings and events (Onboarding, RAC, Sales Recognition, AllPro.)
- Support Director of Communications on various HQ/Flanders events (BACTW, Sales Mgmt. Meetings, BMSC)
- Maintain information for various budget items (BMSC, events, meetings).
Travel & Expense Management
- Coordinate travel arrangements for HQ Sales leadership team.
- Research and coordinate travel plans (flights/hotels for internal/external individuals).
- Complete and submit expense reports (Concur) on behalf of HQ Sales leadership.
Qualifications
- Degree/Certification in Office Administration/Administrative Services or comparable/ equivalent business experience.
- Two to five years of administrative-related experience.
- Experience in coordinating work around multiple tasks, deadlines & employees.
Ability to manage, take initiative, and prioritize own work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and MS Teams. Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay Range
USD $31.50 - USD $40.30 /Hr.
