The iconic Elysee New York is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a rare opportunity for a proven candidate to shape the re-emergence of a luxury landmark hotel, blending operational excellence with world-class guest experiences. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in executing the strategic vision for marketing and demand generation across the hotel, its outlets, and sales offerings. This role serves as a key bridge between Sales, Revenue, and Digital Marketing, ensuring the property remains a top-tier choice for luxury travelers, corporate groups, and high-net-worth individuals. From driving top-line revenue across leisure, group, and F&B channels to elevating brand visibility and positioning, you'll be at the center of growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Digital Marketing & Content Leadership



  • Own the hotel's organic social media program-content calendar, scheduling, publishing, brand alignment, and ongoing optimization
  • Manage community engagement and reputation across social channels, responding in brand voice and escalating as needed
  • Produce and coordinate on-property photo/video content (capture through post-production) and maintain organized asset libraries for efficient, on-brand reuse
  • Execute email marketing campaigns across segments (leisure, corporate, group, and F&B), including audience pulls, QA, and send scheduling


Marketing Strategy Execution & Campaign Support



  • Execute annual marketing plan initiatives in partnership with Crescent corporate marketing, aligning priorities, approvals, and brand standards
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and insights to refine messaging, offers, and channel strategy
  • Own the master marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and initiatives launch on time across channels


Cross-Functional Leadership & Commercial Support



  • Serve as the on-property marketing lead, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing requests, and ensuring teams are informed and prepared for launches
  • Contribute to weekly leadership and commercial meetings with updates, priorities, and performance insights
  • Develop and refresh sales/event collateral (one-sheets, presentations, menus, proposals) to support revenue generation
  • Partner with Operations and Food & Beverage to plan activations and guest programming, coordinating promotion across channels
  • Provide brand and marketing guidance to elevate guest experiences and property initiatives


Partnerships & Lifestyle Marketing



  • Source and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand positioning
  • Develop local brand partnerships and community relationships to increase awareness and drive demand
  • Liaise with tourism organizations and local marketing partners to extend reach and maximize co-marketing opportunities
  • Execute community-facing initiatives that strengthen the hotel's local presence and relevance


Brand Management & Creative Oversight



  • Protect and apply brand standards and narrative across all marketing materials, channels, and guest touchpoints
  • Develop, organize, and maintain marketing collateral and presentations for internal and external use


Reporting, Budget Coordination & Administration



  • Develop and distribute performance reporting and insights (campaign, channel, and segment) to guide decisions
  • Manage budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination to support on-time campaign execution
  • Own project tracking for marketing initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and next steps
  • Maintain repeatable processes and documentation that improve efficiency and consistency across marketing execution


Collaboration & Communication



  • Coordinate stakeholders, Crescent corporate marketing, agencies, and vendors to align priorities, approvals, and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Food & Beverage to support integrated commercial strategies and client support
  • Manage marketing support for a portfolio of luxury accounts (travel agencies and Fortune 500 corporate clients), including site inspections and property tours to drive conversion


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:



  • Experience: 3+ years in hospitality, lifestyle, or brand marketing (Manhattan experience required).
  • Technical Skills: Working proficiency in Revinate, fdc, or similar CRM; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) or Canva for light design work.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent a luxury brand to a global, high-touch clientele.
  • Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings for client events and industry networking.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
  • Active membership in local hospitality organizations like HSMAI.
