None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Afognak Leasing, LLC (ALC) a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation (ANC) has an opportunity for an Operations Manager in Fairbanks, Alaska.The Operations Manager is a strategic leadership position within the organization, reporting to the ALC President, and plays a critical role in steering the company's operational strategies and execution. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including overall management of operations, remote facilities and equipment, staffing, contract compliance, and enforcing all company policy and procedures for Afognak Leasing, LLC. The Operations Manager is instrumental in execution of awarded projects and maintaining forecasted budgetary expectations as set by Subsidiary President. Additionally, Operations Manager is responsible for construction, operations and maintenance of new and used inventory of remote facilities and equipment.
Payrate:$95,000 to $110,000 Annually REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
