Overview Are you ready to take the lead on technically complex projects that build stronger, more resilient communities? As a Project Manager (Buildings), you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of vertical components associated with a major infrastructure project, including facilities such as bus stations and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) buildings. In this role, you will help drive project success by managing building construction activities from planning through completion, ensuring seamless coordination with the broader roadway program. With your expertise, you will oversee budgets, coordinate project personnel, manage subcontractors and consultants, and maintain production schedules that support timely delivery and exceptional quality. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure that all vertical construction activities align with owner expectations, contract requirements, project phasing, and safety and quality standards. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to successfully deliver complex building components within a large-scale heavy civil infrastructure environment. What you will be doing Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management, ensuring compliance with the project contract and owner needs.
