Quality Control Analyst

Role Overview The Program Analyst will report to 3rd shift Inspection Supervisors, General Foreman, and Manager as required, to assure that inspection operations are carefully planned, that affected personnel are properly notified/briefed, and the minimum impact on ship's schedules is maintained. Candidate will be responsible for developing work packages with all applicable documentation for inspection evolutions (surveys, OPCON inspections, NDT inspections etc.) in the Groton shipyard. Key Responsibilities
Develop work packages that will allow for timely conduct of required inspections, which in some cases will include a deck-plate review of the work site to ensure all pertinent aspects of the inspection, are addressed prior to the assignment of work (staging, lighting, electricity, tank watch, etc.).
The individual selected for this role must qualify to perform NDT oversights. This is a 3rd shift position. Qualifications Required
