We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead materials supply planning at our new Salt Lake City Manufacturing Facility. This person will be the strategic link between our Supply Chain HQ and local Site Operations. As the primary architect of supply alignment at the Salt Lake City site, you are responsible for ensuring that demand signals from HQ are translated into flawless execution on the factory floor. You will be the voice of the site to HQ and the voice of HQ to the site.

* HQ-to-Site Liaison: Act as the primary conduit for all materials communication, ensuring site production requirements are prioritized within the broader corporate supply chain.
* Strategic Material Ownership: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all site planning, scheduling, and management systems, setting the standard for operational excellence.
* Supply Orchestration: Coordinate and manage the seamless transfer of inventory from HQ to the site.
* Critical Shortage Management: Own the daily shortage and expedite process. You are the lead strategist for mitigating supply gaps.
* Risk Mitigation and Escalation: Proactively identify "line down" risks, coordinating between Site Management and HQ Leadership to resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
* Inventory Optimization: Lead quarterly evaluations of safety stock and inventory levels.
* Performance Reporting: Architect and present weekly status briefings on material demand and shortages to both HQ and Site Leadership, providing clear, data-driven visibility.
* Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with factory teams to drive Site CV attainment and hit aggressive KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.

Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience..

* Four years Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning experience.

* Oracle Value Chain Applications (ASCP) a plus.

* APICS Certified (CPIM) a plus.

* U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

* Ability to work 100% on-site in Salt Lake City.

* Ability to travel (limited) to Los Angeles for training during the initial months of the role.
