The business analysis and project manager role will own the productivity program for service. This role will be a project manager and program manager and will deliver $10m of productivity over 2 years, globally. The role is required to take internal digital and process (non-digital) productivity and run the projects. The role will create a multi-year pipeline with an MVP then multi-year enhancements to improve sales/service productivity. Each project will need targets and workplans (plan to make plan). The person in this role must run the TMO process for project management and governance and use the standardized tools. The role must build relationships in the commercial team and build change adoption plans. The person who takes this role will need to operate at a high operational tempo, lead company governance processes, and present results to executives monthly. This role will sunset after the digital projects are complete. Responsibilities:
