| Position Purpose |
The Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager plays a key role in advancing Tuck's stewardship strategy by developing and delivering thoughtful, high-quality donor relations and stewardship materials. This position supports impact reporting, donor communications initiatives, and data management. Working in close collaboration with Advancement colleagues and partners across Tuck, the Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager contributes to meaningful donor engagement and a strong culture of philanthropy. |

| Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- 3+ years of experience in donor relations, stewardship, advancement, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce polished, donor-centered communications
- Experience working with donor databases and CRM systems (e.g., Advance), Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Advancement and the broader Tuck community

1.
Donor Relations and Stewardship Materials and Communications: Writes, edits, and produces high-quality donor relations and stewardship materials, including impact reports, gift acknowledgment letters, briefing materials, and other donor-facing content. Creates and formats materials using tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and other applications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to institutional standards. Oversees the production, printing, packaging, mailing, and system upload of donor relations materials, ensuring timely and professional delivery. |

Data Management and Integrity: Manages donor and stewardship-related data, including entering and maintaining stewardship plans and stewardee records, pulling and reviewing annual stewardee lists, and ensuring data integrity. Assists with preparing data and tracking the updating of gift clubs, honor rolls, donor walls, and similar projects. Creates and monitors surveys using tools such as Qualtrics to collect information and feedback in support of stewardship and reporting efforts. In partnership with colleagues, tracks and records named spaces. |

Research and Team Support: Conducts research and responds to donor relations questions. Supports data and research requests as needed to inform stewardship strategy and execution. Monitors and manages the donor relations email inbox, responding to inquiries with professionalism and discretion. |
