You will support tracking of assigned information that will assist the business in making educated risk transfer vs retention decisions. As a Risk Management Analyst II, you will report to the manager of Insurance & Risk, Corporate Safety, and Business Operations with a broad range of responsibilities. You will also provide analysis and reporting to facilitate the management of the Company"s insurance programs and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

Skills:

Qualifications You Must Have:
*Understanding of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery, and other facets related to protection of company assets.
*Facilitation skills that address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns.
*The ability to independently and collaboratively address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns.

Qualifications We Prefer:
*Professional certification(s) in risk or insurance such as CRM, ARM, CPCU, RIMS-CRMP.
*Knowledge of accounting and insurance principles.

Education:
*Bachelor's degree in related discipline and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.
*Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
