Description

Enters and processes orders, researches customer issues, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities



  1. Enters and processes sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Reviews pricing on orders to ensure alignment with quotes and pricing policies.
  3. Receives, addresses, resolves, and responds to customer complaints, inquiries, and interactions in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinates with Sales team, as well as Production Control, Shipping, and Materials to ensure customer needs and requirements are met.
  5. Escalates issues to appropriate resource as needed.
  6. Preemptively identifies issues and suggests ways to solve.
  7. Contributes to continuous improvement projects within Production Control and Sales.
  8. Completes other duties as assigned.


Job Skills Requirements



  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Good problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.


Educational Requirements



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.


Experience Requirements



  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
