Operations Processing Associate

The Operations Processing Associate supports daily operational functions by processing member transactions received through mail requests. This role assists with basic special account servicing and provides support for Individual Retirements Accounts (IRAs) as needed. This position also supports the Operations Department based on business needs.

This role is critical to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely transaction processing while maintaining a high standard of member service in a back-office environment.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One (1) year of Financial Institution experience
