  • Own and evolve global documentation leveraged by stakeholders across all markets and functions to ensure alignment, including business process maps, standard operating procedures, and other GxP materials
  • Manage cross-functional forums to advance business process initiatives, gather insights, and problem-solve operational challenges, driving scalability through simplification, clarity, and standardization of process
  • Lead the global commercial GxP change management process, holistically assessing impact of updates to a complex business process in collaboration with subject matter experts and owning change control activities, while fostering quality compliance across all initiatives
  • Advance forward-thinking strategic projects in collaboration with the Disease Strategy Team, such as multi-year scaling roadmap and business process for next-generation manufacturing strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills to lead complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders and ability to work effectively across diverse functions and teams.
  • Strong meeting facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with GxP process and change management is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with process analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
