For more information about DAWSON, please visit dawsonohana.com Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 Summary: * Candidate must provide all basic hand tools necessary to carry out assignments. * Evaluates specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing requirements for each phase of the construction project * Provides Estimating and Scheduling support for daily/weekly productivity and look ahead schedules * Identify all change conditions/RFI's during course of work in conjunction with Project Manager. * Support Government inspections and sign-offs and complete repairs in a timely manner. *Supervise site personnel, including field engineering, quality and administrative roles. * Manage and coordinate all DAWSON subcontractors on site. *Ensure that construction equipment is properly serviced and used. * Ensure that permanent equipment is properly stored and maintained consistent with manufacturers' instructions and good warehousing practices. * Ensure that adequate labor force is assigned to the project with the proper training, education, experience, skills, tools, equipment and materials to complete the construction and minimize potential impacts to the environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Frequently required to stand * Frequently required to walk * Occasionally required to sit * Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity * Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl * Continually required to talk or hear * Occasionally exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather) *Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts * Occasionally work in high, precarious places *Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals * Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions *While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud * The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds *Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus Base rate will be based on experience level and qualifications.
