What You'll Do:
- Work with glass products using strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Make quick, accurate decisions to maintain workflow and product quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout the production process.
- Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support team goals while contributing to efficient production operations.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical assembly.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English.
- Close attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if needed.

- Able to work alone and with others in a dark room environment.
- Knowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to the job
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English.
- Microscope experience
- Soldering experience
- Experience in handling small products/microchips.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production).
- Soldering certification.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem-solving tools, 5S and Lean methodologies.
