What You'll Do:
  • Remove sharp edges and excess material from machined steel generator rotor forgings using deburring tools and equipment.
  • Inspect components to ensure surfaces meet quality and safety requirements.
  • Clean coils, hardware, and other assembly materials prior to production use.
  • Prepare parts and materials for assembly operations.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production process.
  • Handle large industrial components with care and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or metal finishing environments.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Previous factory industrial experience.
  • Have basic mechanical aptitude skills.
  • Be able to work from written instructions, use air tools, able to complete quality documents, and understand and practice safe work practices per training requirements.
  • Be able to clearly communicate with others.
