IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Bemidji, Minnesota, to provide administrative support for assigned engineering teams and complete day-to-day administrative tasks. This role supports consistent document quality through the use and review of IMEG standard document templates while helping the team stay on budget and aligned with project goals and client expectations. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep administrative workflows moving efficiently. Principal Responsibilities * Follow and promote IMEG Standards Required Qualifications and Skills * High School Diploma/GED required Positions primary location is in Bemidji but will be required to work from the Walker location one to two times per week to support staff and office functions. Locations available: Bemidji, MN State of Minnesota Salary Range: $21-23/hr. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
