As a Talent Partner, you own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles-driving hiring outcomes from intake through offer acceptance. You'll build pipelines, assess talent, and partner closely with hiring leaders to make strong, timely hiring decisions while delivering a consistent candidate experience.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive hiring decisions
• Source, screen, and assess candidates aligned to role requirements
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Manage candidate engagement and process momentum
• Use recruiting data to adjust strategy and improve results

• Owns hiring outcomes-quality, speed, and experience
• Acts as a trusted partner to hiring leaders
• Builds pipelines, doesn't wait for applicants
• Solves recruiting challenges proactively
• Uses data to improve results over time

Minimum qualifications: Associate degree + 1-3 years of experience (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• HR certification
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong comfort with data and reporting

• On site at our Endwell, NY, Saddle Brook, NJ , or Reading, PA

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
(Hiring rate based on experience, education, geographic location, and relevant skills)
