Job Summary: TheChief of Staff (CoS)to the President ofWellSenseserves asthe principaladvisor tothe President,on theoptimization ofthe plan's strategic vision,organizational performance, and operational efficiencies.The role functions as a central coordination point for complex initiatives that advance organizational priorities, ensuring alignment across departments and effective execution of keyinitiatives.The Chief of Staffis responsiblefordeveloping processes, structures, andhigh-level communications to aligntheinternal and external stakeholders againstWellSense'svision, goals, and objectives.This positionis responsible forengaging key stakeholders,developing,and synthesizing critical analyses, supporting decision-making, and driving the implementation of approved changes.The Chief of Staff is a trusted proxy and confidant to bridge communication channels and resolve complex challenges.The Chief of Staff works closely with thePresidentand other senior leaders on a day-to-day basis,operatingwith a high degree of autonomy under general direction and exercising influence across the organization to further theorganization'sstrategic goals.
