We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide essential support to our strategic marketing initiatives, directly contributing to the seamless operation and success of our executive leadership. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our leaders can focus on driving strategic outcomes, knowing that their administrative needs are expertly managed.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage intricate calendars and scheduling for multiple executives, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.

* Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and efficiently process business expenses.

* Plan and execute various meetings and events, handling all logistical details from inception to completion.

* Support department operational functions, including financial processes and facility coordination.

* Oversee the procurement of essential goods and services, such as equipment, office supplies, and reference materials, and manage vendor relationships.

* Serve as a primary point of contact for the department, facilitating smooth communication and operations.

* Undertake and successfully complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Proven experience performing complex administrative functions for senior-level management.

* Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple executive calendars and coordinating complex schedules.

* Proficiency in arranging domestic and international travel and processing expense reports.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate successful meetings and events.

* Experience with departmental operational support, including financial and facility-related tasks.

* Adept at managing procurement processes and maintaining vendor relationships.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external partners.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
