To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Provide a copy of your current Pharmacist's License for the State of Florida

What You'll Do:



  • Conduct outbound calls to patients, performing comprehensive medication reviews to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Deliver in-depth consultations on medication use, adhering to established clinical guidelines.
  • Accurately transcribe patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information, along with recommendations, into a web-based application.
  • Manage medication therapy services, providing essential guidance and support to patients.
  • Contribute to the creation of standardized patient documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • A valid professional license in the state of Florida (screenshot required at the top of resume).
  • At least 4 years of experience as a clinical medication therapy management professional.
  • Familiarity with driving quality measures related to medication use and patient safety.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology.
  • Clinical experience in conducting medication reviews.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive patient information.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience using customer relationship management software.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.38 - $57.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
