Security Officer Access Specialist

As a Security Officer Access Specialist in FORT WORTH, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor site activity, and support security-related operations through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, screening incoming and outgoing traffic, documenting visitor activity, and helping to deter unauthorized entry to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, loading and receiving zones, trailer yards, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing inbound and outbound movement, reporting unusual activity, and maintaining accurate access control and incident records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
