Position Title: Project Manager
Pamela Xaverius, PhD, MBA, MEd, CPH: Maternal Child Health Research Lab Parkinson's School of Health Sciences & Public Health

Key Responsibilities Research Project Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Maternal and Child Health Research Lab.
- Organize and facilitate weekly lab meetings, including agenda development, documentation of action items, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Track progress on research projects to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Maintain project documentation and shared research resources.
Manuscript Development and Submission
- Coordinate manuscript development across lab members, including drafting support, content integration, editing, and formatting.
- Manage journal submission processes, including adherence to journal guidelines, document preparation, and submission tracking.
- Maintain a pipeline of manuscripts in preparation, under review, and published.
Grant Development and Submission
- Support preparation and submission of grant proposals to internal and external funding sources.
- Coordinate proposal timelines, assemble application materials, and ensure compliance with sponsor and institutional requirements.
- Assist with drafting sections of proposals, including background, methods, and project management plans.
Lab Coordination and Collaboration
- Support communication and coordination among faculty, trainees, and collaborators.
- Track member contributions and deliverables across research projects.
- Assist with coordination of student and trainee research activities.
