Job description

Job Title: Content Author Specialist / Marketing - Digital Content Manager

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, Fridays work from home)
Duration: 6-Month Contract Role with Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $30-35/hr on W2

We are seeking a Marketing - Digital Content Manager to support digital content operations for a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role will focus on updating, maintaining, and publishing website content through CMS platforms while collaborating closely with digital merchandising, design, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ecommerce websites, CMS tools, and customer-facing digital content. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
* Publish and maintain website content through CMS platforms
* Support homepage updates, product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal refreshes
* Perform QA testing for website content, links, and overall user experience
* Coordinate with merchandising, planning, design, and product teams
* Troubleshoot website and content-related issues
* Ensure timely and accurate content publishing across digital platforms
* Support A/B testing initiatives and other digital projects
* Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for content operations



Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in CMS/content publishing or ecommerce operations
* Experience with CMS platforms such as SFCC, First Spirit, Shopify, AEM, Contentful, or similar tools
* Understanding of customer-facing digital products and ecommerce websites
* Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience
* First Spirit CMS experience
* Previous ecommerce or digital operations background
* Experience with web QA/testing and troubleshooting

Education:
Bachelor's degree is not required.
