Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Contract Administrator to support our contract management team. This role will involve assisting with the administration of government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and contributing to the efficient operation of the contracts department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of various contract documents, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
  • Support the contracts team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases.
  • Review contract terms and conditions for compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
  • Assist with contract closeout procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (project managers, finance, legal) and external parties regarding contract status and inquiries.
  • Prepare and process contract-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Participate in contract audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.
  • Support the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the contracts department.

Job Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS) is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
