At our Green Bay facility, we produce and package dairy and nondairy sauces, including queso, BBQ, icing, and marinara, for our customers across the country. Our team supports both refrigerated and shelfstable products that are made with a focus on quality, safety, and consistency.

Job Details:



  • 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
  • Overtime is required based on business and production needs and is typically planned and posted in advance

Position Summary:

Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and control of the maintenance MRO stockroom while maintaining accurate inventory records. Coordinate the sourcing, procurement, receiving, and storage of maintenance parts through approved vendors to support efficient plant operations. Support maintenance technicians by issuing required parts in a timely manner and maintaining documentation for traceability and audit readiness. Monitor inventory usage trends and replenish critical spare parts to reduce equipment downtime and operational risk. Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety standards, customer requirements, and applicable environmental, food safety, and regulatory guidelines while adapting to additional responsibilities as needed to support plant objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Manage the MRO stockroom by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and proper storage of maintenance, repair, and operations parts and supplies
  • Control inventory by tracking stock levels, performing routine cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system
  • Source and procure maintenance parts by identifying requirements, selecting approved vendors, and placing orders to support plant maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, confirm availability, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or order issues
  • Receive and store incoming MRO materials by verifying quantities and condition, labeling items, and placing them in proper stockroom locations
  • Issue parts to maintenance technicians accurately and timely while documenting all inventory transactions
  • Monitor usage trends and replenish critical spare parts to reduce downtime and support efficient maintenance execution
  • Maintain purchasing and inventory documentation, including purchase orders and receipts, to support traceability and audit readiness
  • Standardize stockroom layout and part identification by labeling, categorizing, and storing materials in accordance with company and safety requirements
  • Support plant compliance by following DFA environmental policies, customer requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working in alignment with regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards

Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years maintenance planning, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations), manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or related work experience
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment


Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CMMS, and company computer systems
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and general maintenance activities
  • Skill in organization and prioritization
  • Able to coordinate a high-level of activity
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
  • Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
  • Able to understand the basic types of controls used in the plant and how they affect the process
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
