Summary: Our dynamic HCM Strategy team is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive global, large-scale transformational initiatives. You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge applications and AI to enhance employee experience, deliver quantifiable automation benefits, and build resilient HCM solutions across our firm. As a Vice President, you will lead strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions critical projects from initiation to completion. You will apply exceptional organizational skills, strategic foresight, and impeccable implementation abilities. A strong focus on integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment to retirement - will be essential. You will collaborate with HCM, technology, and business leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, evidenced by a proven track record of successful product management delivery.
