*Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract)* *Location:* Redmond, WA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week required)
*Duration:* 18-Month Contract *Work Authorization:* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis *Experience Level: *1-3 years of professional experience in an Executive Admin Assistant role *Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support two General Managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication, exceptional calendar management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while providing seamless executive and team support. If you're a highly organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting leaders, we encourage you to apply. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage complex, high-volume calendars for two senior leaders, including prioritization and conflict resolution * Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes * Process business expenses accurately and in a timely manner * Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and team activities * Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, executives, and external partners * Manage procurement of goods/services and support vendor coordination * Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and the broader team * Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as needed *Top Required Skills* * Executive-level calendar management experience with senior leaders * Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills * High attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking ability * Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment *Preferred Qualifications* * Prior experience supporting executives in a large, complex corporate environment * Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Outlook, expense systems, and travel platforms * Experience partnering with chiefs of staff and cross-functional admin teams *What Makes a Strong Candidate* * Detail-oriented and proactive * Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities * Strong multitasking skills while supporting multiple executives * Clear, thorough communicator * Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment *Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:* * Work independently with minimal oversight * Deliver high-quality, accurate work * Effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment *Why Join* * Opportunity to support senior leadership in a high-impact environment * Exposure to executive-level operations and decision-making * Growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning opportunities *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
