Receptionist

Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier provider of integrated treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering residential and outpatient services nationwide. Located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia, Black Bear Lodge is a 144- bed place of solace and healing for those individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues. We are a residential treatment center offering a comprehensive, integrated program that addresses the needs of the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. Our system of care is personalized, evidence-based, and research-proven. Patients can self-reflect and find strength for life change amid the beauty of the expansive sky and the natural tranquility that characterizes our location.

We are currently in need of an experienced and outgoing Receptionist who will be responsible for coordination of lobby activities including greeting patients and guests, answering phones and reserving conference rooms.


Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the front desk is covered at all times.
  • Cordially greets patients and guests as they enter the building.
  • Provides courteous and routine information to callers, visitors, patients, applicants, etc.
  • Promptly responds to calls in a courteous and helpful manner.Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area
  • Observes all confidentiality regulations
  • Responsible for sorting mail.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of hospital emergency codes and response procedures
  • Signs for, receives, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries
  • Assists with special projects and clerical support to other departments as assigned
  • Ability to inspire client confidence in the Talbott Recovery Staff and the Talbott Recovery Model of Treatment.
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate through conduct and communications the stability required to effectively assist patients and their family members through the Talbott Model of Treatment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
  • Exhibits excellent customer relation skills as evidenced by supportive and constructive communication with all contacts including coworkers, patients, residents, visitors, families and referral sources.
  • High School Degree or GED required or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
