What You'll Do:
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic train systems
  • Develop and document test procedures, reports, and technical findings based on engineering documentation and customer specifications
  • Perform continuity, voltage, and current testing on train system wiring and components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring and network issues involving Ethernet, LAN, and CAN Bus systems
  • Interface with engineering teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Upload software to train system components and support overall test operations
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate degree in an Electrical, Electronic, or related technical field preferred OR equivalent military/technical training
  • 2+ years of experience testing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting experience involving wiring systems and network communications such as Ethernet, LAN, or CAN Bus
  • 1+ years of experience performing pneumatic and/or hydraulic system testing
  • 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings
  • 1+ years of experience using electronic test equipment including meters, gauges, power supplies, or data loggers
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience
