Job Overview

Ownership of 3 Facilities accounts (R&M Building-Services, R&M-Electrical, R&M-Facilities Other) within P&L to plan and oversee Building and Facility projects, lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects within Operations departments, and provide supervision of Mechanic Building Grounds, Recycling operator, Scrubber operator, and Jockey Operator associates.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to Mechanic Building Grounds, Scrubber operator (Logistics Operator, and Jockey operator through improving their daily, weekly, and monthly effectiveness to best support Operations.
  • Manages expense-budgeted facility improvement projects from initial ideation through project execution, within annual budget plan.
  • Supports Operations departments with implementation of continuous improvement projects.
  • Responsibility of Facilities budget within P&L for timely, in budget, project execution and plan.
  • Monitor and maintain developed computer systems for attendance, safety/security, etc. to continue consistent compliance with records.
  • Assists Management Team with report, presentation, and document development.
  • Participates in ISO/Safety Program Ownership and Auditing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience
