A Brief Overview

US LBM is a leading national supplier of lumber and building materials, proudly supporting contractors, builders, and communities across the country. As we continue to grow in the Missouri markets, we are actively building a strong talent pipeline for multiple Manufacturing roles.

Positions We're Hiring For

A variety of roles, including but not limited to:

  • Truss Assemblers

  • Truss Sawyers

  • Door Assemblers

  • Wall Panel Assemblers

Placement will be based on experience and business need.

What You'll Do (Varies by Role)

Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Lay out supplies and materials on carts or floor and stock plates for component set-up.

  • Assemble components under the direction of the line leaders.

  • Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.

  • Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.

  • Assist in the set-up of component assembly process.

  • Monitor production workflow process assisting other areas as needed.

  • Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.

  • Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.

  • Able to work in a repetitive manner for long periods of time

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Work Location

Opportunities are available throughout Missouri. Specific locations and shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
