Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused Systems Integration Specialist to support advanced Command and Control (C2) systems integration, operational testing, sustainment, and future capability development initiatives. This role will support a Futures Team responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, software enhancements, tactical data link architectures, and operational capabilities for integration into mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret tactical data from Link Management Systems and Air Defense System Integration DERG environments.
  • Apply innovative troubleshooting methodologies to maintain continuous, reliable tactical data flow until corrective actions are implemented.
  • Analyze operational plans, procedures, and network architectures to identify weaknesses and resolve system issues during exercises and real-world operations.
  • Plan, organize, and direct Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) functions in support of tactical operations.
  • Reprioritize workflows based on operational capabilities and mission requirements.
  • Develop and apply alternative data methodologies to support evolving tactical operations.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise, operational guidance, and support for overall system enhancements, maintenance, and software integration activities.
  • Support evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, future capabilities, and operational equipment into existing C2 systems.
  • Create detailed network architecture diagrams and technical briefings for troubleshooting and operational support purposes.
  • Provide instruction, operational support, and troubleshooting for: Small Tactical Terminals (STTs), PRC-161 Radios, Multi-Mission Terminals (MMTs), Cryptographic key loading procedures, Joint Interface Control operations, and Tactical communications systems.
Requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting tactical networks in operational or exercise environments.
  • Experience supporting military software integration, operational testing, or sustainment programs.
  • Strong technical writing, briefing, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and operational task tracking.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced mission-critical environments.
  • Experience supporting Futures, modernization, or capability development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile software integration environments.
  • Experience supporting engineering investigations and configuration management.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or other related field.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
