The Specialist II, Training Operations is responsible for executing training programs at the operational level, focusing on the delivery and support of training initiatives. This role ensures team members receive effective onboarding, safety, and skills-based training. The Training Specialist for Operations supports the implementation of corporate training strategies, maintains training documentation, and partners with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Education, or business-related field Years of Experience: 2-4 Years Field(s) of Expertise: Training or operations in a manufacturing environment Preferred Education & Experience
Specialized Degree: Education, HR, Organizational Development or related field Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field(s) of Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles, Training, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, or Organization Operations in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements
