JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX is seeking an Orchestration Engineer 1 to support the design, build, and deployment of automation and workflow orchestration solutions across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business operations, helping connect systems, reduce manual effort, and streamline internal processes through automation. In this role, you will work with senior engineers and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and help translate them into practical, scalable workflow solutions. You will support efforts to replace repetitive, ticket-based, and multi-step processes with more efficient, automated workflows that improve how teams work across the organization. You will contribute to FOX's shift toward an automation-first operating model by building integrations, supporting API-driven workflows, and helping deliver solutions that make everyday business processes faster, easier, and more consistent. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is eager to grow their automation, integration, and orchestration skills while contributing to high-impact work across the enterprise. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $90,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
