A Taste of What You'll Do

GALLO is looking for a social first, digitally native Social Media Manager to lead our organic social ecosystem and shape how our portfolio of brands show up in culture. This is a rare opportunity to build something that matters - defining enterprise-wide standards, scaling a creator ecosystem, and driving culturally relevant strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and beyond.

In this role, you'll contribute to the development of the Social Center of Excellence, architecting the frameworks, governance models, and operating standards that elevate quality and consistency across GALLO's brands. You'll bring deep platform expertise and a forward-thinking mindset - anticipating algorithm shifts, spotting emerging trends, and securing first-to-market opportunities through strong platform partnerships. You'll also strategically leverage AI to sharpen efficiency without compromising creative integrity.

You'll lead and grow a team of social and content specialists, setting clear performance standards while fostering a culture of bold thinking and thoughtful risk-taking. Collaboration is central to this role - you'll work closely with Brand, Creative, Paid Media, PR, Legal, MarTech, and Consumer Engagement teams to ensure strategies are cohesive, compliant, and impactful. You'll own the KPI framework, drive performance reporting, and use social listening, cultural insights, and competitor benchmarking to continuously refine what's working.

We're looking for someone who leads with data, thinks in ecosystems, and has a genuine passion for culture, community, and storytelling. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and innovation - and you're ready to shape the social future of one of the most iconic companies in the beverage industry - we'd love to connect.
